You may have already bookmarked your favorite or most frequently visited pages in your browser. You can easily import those webpages into Stacks if they are bookmarked in Chrome, Chromium, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Note that this feature is only available on desktops.

Export saved bookmarks from your browser by following the steps below.

Chrome/Chromium:

  1. Click on the 3-dot ( ⋮ ) menu on the upper right side of the window, and select Bookmarks → Bookmark manager.
  2. Click on the 3-dot ( ⋮ ) menu on the upper right side of the window (on the blue background), and select “Export Bookmarks”.
  3. Choose a location to save the file, and click “Save”.

Go to Stacks Dashboard and click on the Profile on the top right. Select “Import Bookmarks” among the menu options.

Click “Import Bookmark” and choose the bookmarks file from your desktop. A collection will automatically be created in Stacks with all of your bookmarks. You can then reorganize these links within Stacks if you wish.

You will be prompted to select the bookmarks you want to import. Hit “Apply” when you are done selecting.

You will receive a notification when the import is complete. Note: If you have a large number of bookmarks, the import process may take longer.
